Every new client begins with a guided onboarding session — a live, screen-share walkthrough with an ALIS account representative covering the platform, answering your team's questions, and making sure everyone is confident before going live. In many cases, yes. If you're currently using spreadsheets, Google Forms, or another platform, we can assess your existing data and develop a migration plan. Data migration is available as a paid service — the cost will vary depending on your current platform, data format, and volume. We'll provide a clear estimate during your discovery call so there are no surprises.

ALIS is priced on an annual basis. We believe in earning your renewal every year by delivering real value — so we don't lock organizations into multi-year contracts by default. Enterprise clients who prefer multi-year agreements for budget certainty are welcome to discuss this option.
